As a long-standing patron of the brand, I expect a certain amount of professionalism and decorum when entering a showroom. Regrettably my recent visit with my sister fell profoundly short of these standards, concluding in an utterly distasteful encounter. While browsing the collection, we were in possession of a completely empty, discarded food wrapper, which we were merely holding until we could locate a proper waste receptacle. We were not, in any capacity, consuming food within the establishment. Despite this, we were approached by a member of the staff who saw fit to address us with an astonishing lack of tact. We were informed in a remarkably patronizing tone that eating was prohibited owing to the "high value" of the furnishings. When we calmly clarified that the packaging was entirely vacant, the employee dismally failed to course correct. Instead, they doubled down on their combative posture, subjecting us to what can only be described as verbal harassment over a piece of litter. While I appreciate and fully support the necessity of maintaining the integrity of display merchandise, it should never come at the expense of basic civility or customer dignity. To be berated and

Absolutely loved visiting Pottery Barn Outlet at The Mills at Jersey Gardens in Elizabeth, New Jersey! This place is a hidden gem for anyone who loves beautiful home décor, furniture, and amazing outlet deals. The store is massive, well organized, and filled with everything from stylish furniture and cozy bedding to elegant kitchen and décor pieces that make you want to redesign your entire home. What really stood out was how welcoming and inspiring the atmosphere felt. The displays are absolutely gorgeous and give you so many ideas for your own space. You can find incredible quality at outlet pricing, and there’s always something unique around every corner. Whether you’re furnishing a new home, upgrading a room, or just browsing for inspiration, this place is worth the trip. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience even better. Being located inside Jersey Gardens Mall makes it the perfect stop during a full shopping day in New Jersey. Highly recommend checking this place out if you appreciate style, comfort, and great deals all under one roof!

I had the absolute best experience here while picking up a dresser. Everyone was so kind, helpful, patient and it was just great vibes all around during my two visits. They are a great team; you can tell they enjoy what they do. Highly recommend this outlet store!

I'm all about customer experience I'm a manager myself for the company I'm employees with and I critic from the moment I walk in. There's no greet how can I help you but etc. I was in the store with my husband and infant as my husband is checking out I'm trying to calm my infant by walking around and as my husband finds me to leave an employee followed us checking to see if there was anything taken mind you I didn't even walk in with a dipper bag all left in my car because we knew what we went to purchase. The employees are yelling back and forth to each other in the store and there is so many disorganization. I normally take the drive to the outlet in Long Island I live in Jersey and after this experience I rather take the drive the attention and service is pleasant and helpful in Long Island pottery barn outlet.

Sadly the other poor reviews were not wrong. We were so excited that a Pottery Barn Outlet opened nearby. We picked up a final sale tree based on the additional “60% off Ticket Price” promotion which is clearly listed on the entire section. When I got to the register the cashier stated the price as being what was marked on the ticket as the final price. They made no effort to explain or apologize for the incorrect promotion being posted. If fact, she treated me like I was confused. I would not go to this location. Make the trip to Riverhead Outlets, they are much more professional, the store is more organized, and the promotions that are posted are real.
